• The item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached if this applies to the item.
• Please email us on eBay before you return the item stating the reason for return.
• When you return the item please leave your eBay user ID and Order Number inside the parcel stating clearly the reason for the return.
• We will only refund the original cost of the item purchased and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves ie. the wrong size/item sent out or the item is faulty. Please obtain the proof of postage when returning the item as the responsibility for returned item is with you.
• In case of Free P&P we will deduct relevant P&P cost incurred. (For UK: Which can be £2.99 or £1.49 per item depends on the size of the packet)
